EASY RETURNS

We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don't work out, and we do everything we can to make the return process fast and simple. Items may be returned for refund or replacement, provided that you contact us within 90 days of shipment and items are in sellable condition. Shipping charges apply and are non-refundable.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

 

Our products are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects. If a defect is found, we will provide a replacement part or product, or make the appropriate adjustment.

 

 

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

If the product is used commercially, in a multi-unit setting, or is installed outside of the contiguous United States and Canada, Sala Thai warrants the product to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for one (1) year from the date the product is delivered.

Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use are not warranted. For example, “living finishes” on unsealed items such as teak can be expected to naturally change over time and with normal use. This is not considered a defect and is not covered under our warranty. Other exclusions include damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement or repair, and damages due to improper cleaning, misuse or neglect. Warranty only applies to teak hardwood furniture and does not include fabric or cushions.
